  1. DEFINITIONS
    • “User” may be defined as a person who uses and/or accesses computer software and /or material via the anaprop.co.za Website;
    • “Anaprop” means Southern Palace Investments 108(Pty) Ltd t/a Anaprop Property Management Services

      • The name of the person if it appears with other personal information relating to the person or if the disclosure of the name itself would reveal information about the person

    • “Processing of information” means the automated or manual activity of collecting, recording, organising, storing, updating, distributing and removing or deleting personal information.

Anaprop wants to help maintain your privacy and this policy has been formulated to explain the manner in which your personal information is collected and the reasons why.

In this policy, unless it appears to the contrary, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and any reference to any gender shall also include the opposite gender and any reference to a natural person shall include a legal person and vice versa.
